HeyUp answers at any hour: it talks to students and parents, and books driving lessons into a calendar, even if you didn't have one.
Day to day

Features
Someone always answers, and lessons end up in a real schedule.
During a lesson, in the evening, on Sunday: HeyUp picks up on the first ring. No more calls lost to voicemail.
A student asks for a slot, HeyUp offers the instructor's free times and books, moves or cancels during the call.
No online schedule? HeyUp provides one, per instructor. Already have a calendar? It connects to it.
Details, licence wanted, availability: the future student is recorded and their initial assessment booked.
Prices, documents needed, supervised driving, how the test works: it answers from your information.
A confirmation after booking, then a reminder the day before. Students can reply to reschedule.
On the second call, HeyUp knows who is calling, their instructor and their last lessons.
What it can't handle is put through between two lessons, or left as a message with a summary.
How does it work?
Our team sets HeyUp up with you. There is nothing to install.
Its name, voice, tone and your rules: lesson length, cancellations, calls to put through.
Packages, instructors, opening hours, licences offered: with your calendar or HeyUp's, it gets the answers right. You correct its answers remotely, whenever you like.
You keep your number and your line. A test number lets you try it first.
Calendar
Most driving schools have no scheduling software. HeyUp provides its own, one per instructor, or records lessons in your Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar.

A call, a slot found, the appointment in the calendar: without letting go of the wheel.
Security
GDPR compliant, hosted in Europe, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your driving school's data is never shared with another client.
HeyUp follows your rules and your information. It never promises a test date or a price it was not given, and hands over to the team rather than improvising.

HeyUp answers for you. What it can handle (a lesson, a sign-up, a question) is handled straight away; the rest waits for you as a message, with a summary, to read between two lessons.
HeyUp answers at any hour, every day. Students book or move their lessons when they're free, not only during office hours.
No. Your students keep calling the number they know: you simply forward your line to HeyUp, and you keep your current line.
Allow 48 to 72 hours. From day one, a test number lets you call your agent and check its answers, which you correct remotely. No technical skills needed.
